• Purging the Barrel
External setups:
- Unloading resin from hopper
- Raw material drying
- Drying Hopper cleaning
- Place mold (to be loaded) & tools near the M/c
Internal steps are those activities that must be performed when the
equipment is turned off / idle
External steps are those activities that can be performed in
anticipation of a changeover or while the current job is running
